This place is great. The cabin is beautifully decorated, the game room is super cool and fun, the smart TV’s were nice and big, and there are thoughtful details throughout such as labels on all the different light switches, which was so helpful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to have several meals there at the cabin during our stay. The place was very clean, check-in and check-out was smooth and easy, and communication back and forth with the host was fast and thorough. It’s a short drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg (less than 15 minutes) and is an easy drive to Pigeon Forge. Definitely heed the advice to not leave food or anything with scent in your car AND keep your car doors locked at all times. We loved getting to see bears and also loved that our locked doors kept them from getting into our car. :) We would definitely stay here again.

We visited Gatlinburg in July after we picked up our daughters from summer sleepaway camp in Asheville and we had a wonderful time! The home is surrounded by lush green trees so the girls called it a treehouse. It had plenty of rooms and the girls loved playing downstairs! We also managed to see bears in the area, which was a delight for everyone. Would highly recommend staying here and we will probably book it again next year for the same time after camp!
